We are now expanding our HR function at Click2Cloud Nagpur to strengthen talent operations, drive culture, and enhance employee experience.
Role Overview
The HR + Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as a strategic business partner responsible for both people operations and end-to-end recruitment .
This individual will lead hiring efforts, employee engagement, learning initiatives, and compliance, ensuring Click2Cloud continues to attract, retain, and develop top talent across India and global regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, functional, and leadership roles (Cloud, AI, Engineering, Sales, Operations).
- Partner with business heads to forecast manpower requirements and build a quarterly hiring roadmap.
- Design sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, LinkedIn, campus partnerships, and internal referrals.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection; manage offer rollouts and onboarding.
- Track and report key metrics : time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and cost-per-hire.
- Drive employer branding initiatives — social media campaigns, tech events, and campus engagements.
- Conduct candidate experience surveys and ensure smooth onboarding.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, confirmations, and exits.
- Maintain HR data accuracy, records, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory audits.
- Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, attrition, diversity, compliance).
- Support implementation of HR systems, automation tools, and policy updates.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement activities, HR events, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and propose actionable improvements.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellness programs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and ensure transparent communication.
- Strengthen Click2Cloud's culture of collaboration, performance, and innovation.
- Learning & Talent Development
- Identify learning needs in coordination with leadership teams.
- Implement upskilling programs and track progress through metrics and feedback.
- Support performance reviews, appraisals, and career path planning.
- Drive continuous learning culture aligned with Click2Cloud's business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.5–8 years of experience in HR + Talent Acquisition (preferably IT / Cloud / Tech).Strong in recruitment, HR operations, engagement, and compliance.Hands-on with ATS, HRIS, Excel, Power BI, and LinkedIn Recruiter.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people-first mindset.Key KPIs / Success Metrics
