Chennai Kalyana Biriyani, established by Mr. J. Manoharan Joseph, is an extension of Honey Catering Services, which has been serving with dedication since 2002. With expertise in outdoor catering for over 1,000 occasions, the company specializes in preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Located in East Tambaram, Chennai, the restaurant brings the same excellence and passion for quality food to its customers. Chennai Kalyana Biriyani is committed to delivering a memorable dining experience that reflects its rich culinary traditions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Chef, located in Chennai. The Restaurant Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining hygiene standards, cooking, and ensuring timely food service. They will use their culinary expertise to develop and execute the menu, manage kitchen operations, and ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Hygiene practices and standards
  • Experience in Food Service and ensuring timely meal delivery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to menu requirements
  • Certification or training in culinary arts is a plus
  • Excellent time management and team collaboration abilities
  • Passion for creating high-quality, flavorful dishes
