We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Apparel Merchandiser to join our garment manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire merchandising process, from product development to delivery, ensuring that designs align with customer expectations, production timelines, and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to develop seasonal collections and ensure timely delivery of samples.
• Analyze market trends and consumer demands to propose product assortments.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure raw materials and ensure availability of resources.
• Monitor production progress, track lead times, and ensure that production stays on schedule.
• Review product quality and ensure it meets company standards.
• Assist in pricing strategies and cost negotiations with suppliers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address any issues or modifications.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in apparel merchandising, ideally in a garment manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of garment production processes and market trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
