Sr. manager - organizational change management

We’re Hiring : Organizational Change Management (#OCM)-Senior Manager

We’re looking for an experienced #OCM Senior Manager who thrives on driving transformation, enabling people, and building change-ready cultures.

What we’re looking for :

⭐ Ability to design and implement change strategies

⭐Stakeholder Management Assessment Plan and Engagement Plan

⭐Exposure to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits

⭐Execute projects successfully as per agreed schedule, budget, and scope

⭐Engage with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate

⭐ Experience with large-scale transformations (digital, process, or cultural)

⭐ Certifications like #PROSCI or equivalent are a plus!

⭐Should be ready to travel onsite as and when required for a short duration

Relevant Experience : 8 + Years

Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Indore

Notice period : Immediate to 45 Days only
