Job Title : Revenue Operations Manager

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company specializing in marketing analytics and revenue intelligence , empowering go-to-market teams with actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the implementation and optimization of CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
Monitor pipeline metrics, forecast accuracy, and sales performance dashboards.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline lead-to-revenue processes.
Ensure data hygiene and process compliance across GTM systems.
Generate insights to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics (preferably in a SaaS environment).
Strong analytical and Excel / Sheets skills; experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
