• Responsible for a team of garment technicians (QA), who will work closely with the merchandiser, factory and buyer on the product quality, product standard, sampling and technical aspect of the product.
• Responsible for building a strong and sustainable factory base to execute the business.
• To head and guide the Technical support team involved in pattern control and training using CAD system.
• To head and guide the Team of lab technicians in conducting the tests on fabric / garment at various stages and alert the concerned with the technical solutions wherever applicable.
