Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Head in the coworking space industry to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is located in Hyderabad or Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in sales-related roles, tasked with driving sales and managing client relationships in the rapidly growing coworking sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be highly skilled in business development (Mandatory skill), demonstrating an ability to drive growth through innovative strategies and client engagement.
  • Possess strong expertise in Salesforce CRM to manage sales cycles and streamline client information, ensuring efficient communication and data management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in B2B sales strategy to form strategic partnerships and alliances, augmenting business reach and market presence.
  • Extensive experience in lead generation to identify potential clients and convert prospects into successful partnerships.
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management to foster long-term client loyalty and enable repeat business.
  • Skilled in market analysis to assess competitive landscapes and pinpoint business opportunities, enhancing market share.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals, establish mutually beneficial terms, and secure advantageous contracts.
  • Competence in contract management to oversee agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the coworking space industry.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation through closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and gather insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation in service offerings.
  • Maintain and manage customer relationships with regular follow-ups and professional interactions to ensure continued engagement.
