The Head HR will play a strategic leadership role in shaping and implementing human resource strategies that drive organizational growth, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture.This position will oversee all HR functions across the organization, including talent acquisition, performance management, capability development, and employee relations. The incumbent will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives and foster a people-centric work environment.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables :
Strategic HR Business Partnership :
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Align manpower planning, recruitment, and talent management initiatives with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary HR advisor for the leadership team on workforce productivity, engagement, and retention.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning :
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for all functions, ensuring timely hiring and strong cultural fit.
- Establish and implement workforce planning models to meet current and future staffing requirements.
- Build talent pipelines and succession plans for key leadership positions.
Performance Management & Capability Building :
- Design and oversee the performance management system, linking KPIs to business outcomes.
- Partner with L&D to implement structured capability and leadership development programs.
- Ensure performance reviews, rewards, and incentives are data-driven and transparent.
Employee Engagement & Welfare :
- Foster a motivating and inclusive work environment.
- Drive employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and communication platforms to enhance morale and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR policies across locations.
HR Operations & Analytics :
- Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, compliance, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to provide insights on attrition, productivity, and workforce health.
- Partner with finance and business heads to optimize manpower cost and improve organizational effectiveness.
Required Skills & Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in HR leadership roles in large organizations, preferably in FMCG, Dairy, Agri-business, or related sectors.
Education :
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations from a reputed institution.
