About the Role

We are seeking a FlexiCore Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-impact FlexiCore features. This role owns the product roadmap, translates security, safety, and fraud requirements into actionable PRDs, and drives adoption across multiple properties. You will ensure measurable outcomes through clear success metrics, coordinated engineering efforts, and structured release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership : End-to-end responsibility for FlexiCore feature development and delivery.
• Roadmap & Backlog Management : Maintain product roadmap, PRDs, and backlog.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with BPSS&R, ISSOC, property operations, engineering teams, and vendors.
• Adoption & Change Management : Drive implementation, training, and change initiatives across properties.
• Release Management : Establish repeat release cadence with KPIs and post-release learnings.
• Risk & Dependency Management : Identify and mitigate risks across engineering and vendor dependencies.
