Purchase Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Purchase Associate to join our team in Mysuru India. As a Purchase Associate you will play a crucial role in our procurement process ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for our organization.

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process from requisition to order placement and delivery
• Analyze market trends pricing and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms
• Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and other relevant data in our procurement systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their purchasing requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize the procurement process
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts
• Resolve any issues related to product quality delivery delays or discrepancies
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities cost savings and supplier performance
