This is a full-time position based onsite in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and so interested candidates who can work full time in Ahmedabad should only apply.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager will focus on ensuring high-quality customer service and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing prompt solutions, analyzing feedback, and maintaining smooth communication channels between clients and the internal team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving client-focused outcomes and improving overall service standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to manage relationships effectively and address client needs.

Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating client feedback and determining actionable improvements.

Excellent Communication skills to maintain clear and professional correspondence with clients and internal teams.

Exceptional focus on Customer Satisfaction and a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Experience working in the design, marketing, or creative industry is a plus.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
