Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Chief of Staff at Xpress Health. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for supporting senior leaders in strategic planning, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that organizational priorities are achieved effectively. Key responsibilities include streamlining communication and workflows, managing special projects, providing analyses and recommendations, and enabling the leadership team to focus on critical business objectives.
