Technical Executive - ECoat Lab

Job descriptionAnalysis of E-coat line bath samples from all OEM’s on weekly basis. Analysis of monthly 10-liter bath samples for voltage profile, throw power & STT / LTT. Testing of STT & LTT line panels on monthly basis from all OEM’s. Sharing reports. Customer oil / grease / sealer samples for cratering test / compatibility with CED bath. CED Lab trials for various customers as & when required. Implementation of Safety, Health and environmental objectives in the routine activities of CED Laboratory. Processing PT panels at the lab for coat outs. Maintain 5S in lab / and the area of responsibility. Education : Bachelor’s Degree in paint Technology Working Experience : 5+ years of experience in automotive coatings or related fields. Technical knowledge : Working in Automotive Paint Coating related industry with experience in Automotive customers is preferred.

Objectives of the Position :
- Coordinating CED lab activities on daily basis
- Day to day Technical Support for our products being used at line
- Lab trials, testing and continuous improvement at lab level
- Extend support for existing products & line related issues.
