Role : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Experience : 7 + Years

Location : Chennai

Essential Criteria :

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform

Expertise in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio

Familiarity with SFMC APIs, AMPscript, and SQL

Understanding of data modelling, segmentation, and personalization

Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and campaign management

Proven experience leading SFMC projects or teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g., marketing and IT teams

Basic knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud

Knowledge of integration with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)

Design and develop marketing automation solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to define marketing strategies

Manage and mentor SFMC team members

Ensure data quality, security, and compliance

Required Marketing domain knowledge :

Knowledge of marketing strategies and goals

Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer engagement

Familiarity with marketing analytics and metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates)
