Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into sharp creative strategies and campaign narratives. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, cultural insight, and creative direction — with end-to-end ownership from hero idea to hygiene rollout.
Note- This is an on-site role (Remote and Hybrid applications will not be processed)
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Strategy & Conceptualization : Develop and define campaign strategy rooted in audience insight, business goals, platform behavior, and brand context.
- Brand Positioning : Establish and refine brand messaging, tone of voice, and communication frameworks that stay consistent across platforms.
- Creative Direction : Brainstorm and translate strategy into hero campaign ideas and scalable content ecosystems (Hero → Hub → Hygiene) across all key touchpoints.
- Pitch Leadership : Build and present clear, persuasive pitch narratives from insight to idea to execution. Create visually stunning and persuasive pitch decks to present campiagn ideas and strategies
- Client Collaboration : Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, objectives, and feedback, ensuring all creative deliverables exceed expectations.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform campaign development.
Qualifications :
