Job Title : Account Manager

Location : Gurugram / Mumabi, India

About the Role :

We are looking for a Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships, drive business growth,

and ensure exceptional customer success. If you have a passion for relationship management,

experience in SaaS / PaaS, and a strong understanding of the BFSI industry, we’d love to hear from

you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with

key clients.

  • Revenue Growth & Retention : Drive renewals, upsells, and product adoption to maximize

    • customer lifetime value.

  • Customer Success & Issue Resolution : Address client concerns promptly, ensuring

    • seamless product usage and satisfaction.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success

    • teams to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Market & Industry Insight : Stay updated on BFSI trends to proactively identify opportunities

    • for client growth.

    What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar role within a

    • SaaS / PaaS company.

  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and

    • Insurance).

  • Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Mindset : Customer-first approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup

    • environment.
