Assistant – International & Domestic Sales & Marketing (High Salary)

Job descriptionCommunicate with domestic and international clients for enquiries, order status, and shipment updates. Follow up with clients and agents for payments, feedback, and repeat business. Support in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Help organize marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities. Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and digital content. Gather and analyze market data, competitor information, and new business opportunities. Prepare export and import documentation in coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and other agencies. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, APEDA, and other regulatory requirements for agri exports. Maintain records related to shipments, contracts, and certifications. Prepare periodic sales reports, MIS, and performance summaries. Support management with market insights and sales forecasts. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Food Technology, Marketing, or International Business. 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or export documentation, preferably in the Agri / Food industry. Knowledge of international trade practices, documentation, and logistics preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Attention to detail and good organizational abilities. Basic understanding of export-import procedures and documentation. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

- Assist the sales head in managing domestic and export sales operations.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and production teams for timely order execution and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and product details.
