Senior Consultant - Digital Manufacturing - Cloud

Description : Role Overview :

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Consultant - Digital Manufacturing (Cloud) to lead advanced manufacturing transformation initiatives leveraging SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), S / 4HANA, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

The role requires a proven leader with deep process knowledge, strong technical insight, and the ability to integrate manufacturing operations with enterprise systems to drive agility, visibility, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) or equivalent manufacturing cloud platforms across global production environments.
• Design, configure, and optimize manufacturing execution processes including production order management, shop floor control, quality, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing operations with S / 4HANA, EWM, PP, and QM modules.
• Define system architecture and data flow between enterprise systems (ERP, MES, IoT, analytics) ensuring seamless connectivity and real-time insight.
• Conduct business process workshops with manufacturing and IT stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver tailored digital solutions.
• Enable predictive and prescriptive manufacturing capabilities through cloud analytics, IoT integration, and AI-driven process optimization.
• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of manufacturing cloud solutions ensuring high performance and security standards.
• Manage change enablement, user training, and knowledge transfer for manufacturing and operations teams.
• Partner with technical teams to deploy APIs, interfaces, and automation frameworks across production systems.
• Stay updated on Industry 4.0, smart factory, and cloud-native innovations to guide clients on technology roadmaps.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on digital manufacturing transformation and operational excellence strategies.
