Responsibilities

• Lead the and design, development, and deployment of Appian applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable Appian solutions.
• Design and develop complex Appian applications using functionalities like process models, forms, integrations, data models, user interfaces, and potentially Appian Intelligence features.
• Ensure adherence to Appian best practices for building secure, scalable, and maintainable applications
• Write and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient custom JavaScript code within Appian to extend functionalities and address specific business needs.
• Integrate Appian applications with complex external systems and data sources using Appian Integration Services (AIS).
• Conduct thorough unit testing, participate in system testing, and lead defect resolution processes.
• Document applications for future reference and knowledge transfer.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Appian platform and best practices, including Appian certifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Appian development lifecycle.
