Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and talented professional to drive our Talent Development initiatives and align them with our overall business strategy. In this role, you will be a key partner to business leaders and subject matter experts, responsible for the end-to-end creation and execution of impactful behavioral and management programs.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner and Strategize : Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to identify and address company-wide developmental needs.
- Design & Develop : Apply proven instructional design frameworks to develop unique behavioral and management learning solutions—from e-learning to blended programs—designed to directly improve the performance of our associates.
- Implement & Deliver : Lead the implementation and delivery of all learning solutions, from logistical coordination to hands-on facilitation. You will ensure a seamless learning experience for all associates while personally delivering engaging and foundational training sessions for our junior-level talent.
- Optimize Program quality : Continuously improve our offerings by systematically evaluating program effectiveness leveraging learning analytics, performance data, qualitative feedback from focus groups, and ongoing stakeholder input to iterate on content and delivery, ensuring all learning solutions remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with evolving business needs
- Demonstrate Business Impact : Go beyond traditional metrics by driving learning transfer initiatives and using impact accounting to quantify the business impact and ROI of our programs for key stakeholders
Required Skills / Experience
End-to-End Program Design : Proven experience designing and developing behavioural, management, or professional development programs from concept to completion, applying adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies to create impactful learning materials and assessments.L&D Program Management : A strong track record in program management, with the ability to successfully manage multiple L&D projects simultaneously, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.Learning Needs Analysis : Demonstrated ability to conduct learning needs analysis, research and evaluate training alternatives, and partner with vendors or subject matter experts to deliver effective solutions.Education and Experience
Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from a top tier Business School; with exposure to Managerial / Leadership Development; Organizational Design or related areas.Overall 5-8 years of experience in an IT services / product organizations, with hands on work experience in design / creation of organization programs and curricula using various modalities and using self-paced learning as key delivery method.Experience in learning needs analysis, learning strategy design and learning best practice assessment. Proficient in instructional design & design thinking methodologies.Certification in any behavioral psychometric assessment methodologies / tools will be an advantage.What We Offer
