Job description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving international B2B sales, targeting IT services opportunities across North America.

You'll manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to closing deals-while working collaboratively with our pre-sales and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate new business opportunities across global markets, with a focus on the US region.
  • Pitch company offerings including web and mobile development, enterprise solutions, and staff augmentation services to CXO-level prospects.
  • Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle-from lead generation, qualification, proposal building, and negotiations to deal closure.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure timely and customized proposals and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their technology needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in international IT services sales, preferably in the US market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present solutions to global stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and custom solution selling.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc
