Job Title : Merchant Support – Integration Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Merchant Support – Integration Specialist with hands-on expertise in system integration, SDK / API implementation, and merchant technical support across web and mobile platforms. The role requires strong debugging skills, working knowledge of Java and SQL (2–3 years level), and the ability to support seamless and secure merchant onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and validate SDKs, APIs, and webhook flows for payment processing.
- Prepare integration plans, technical documentation, and execution roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using logs, API traces, Java code, and SQL queries.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and stable integration architecture adhering to industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, QA, product) and external merchants for smooth onboarding, testing, and go-live.
- Provide clear technical guidance, timely support, and structured resolutions.
Requirements
Education : - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Programming : Working knowledge of Java and SQL for integration debugging and validation.Experience : - Minimum 5 years in system integration, SDK / API implementation, and merchant technical support.Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms (tokens, signatures), and webhook systems.Proficiency in tools like Postman, Git, log analyzers, and integration testing platforms.Soft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
