We are seeking a passionate and talented Technical Support Associate (Fresher) to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can grow your skills and career.

Job Overview :

As a Technical Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients. You will address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Identify, document, and escalate critical issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements.
  • Continuously learn about the company’s products and services to provide better assistance.
  • Meet or exceed targets for customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving support processes.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Technical Knowledge :
  • Proficiency in working with Windows and Ubuntu operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of Python programming.
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and server restarts / reboots when needed.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High level of patience and a positive attitude.
  • General Skills :

  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Work Schedule and Location :

  • Work Type : Full-time, on-site.
  • Location : Hyderabad, India.
  • Working Hours : Night shift
  • Working Days : 6 days a week with one weekly off.
