Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage automation and performance testing for MD365 F&O projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and Maven.
  • Implement and scale Leapwork automation for Dynamics 365 F&O and related enterprise systems.
  • Conduct performance testing using tools such as Gatling, JMeter, or Azure Load Testing and identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Develop and execute API automation scripts using Rest Assured for system and integration testing.
  • Drive test strategy, planning, and execution across Agile / Scrum sprints.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests within Azure DevOps pipelines (CI / CD).
  • Perform detailed performance analysis and reporting with recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of UAT and production issues to ensure long-term quality improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers and business testers on automation best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver for web and API automation.
  • Proven experience implementing Leapwork automation across Dynamics 365 F&O and other enterprise systems.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O functional and technical modules.
  • Experience in performance testing using Gatling, JMeter, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Core Java, TestNG, Maven, and Rest Assured.
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Docker, SonarQube, and GitHub.
  • Experience with test management tools like Azure Boards, JIRA, or HP Quality Center.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance optimization.

    • Good-to-Have Skills :

  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) testing.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and performance enhancement.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or retail domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and enterprise testing frameworks.
