Role Overview
As the Brand and Content Lead, you will be the architect of CentAI’s narrative, voice, and presence. This is a foundational role, the first marketing hire, responsible for everything from brand strategy to content creation, storytelling, social media, PR, and communications. You will shape how CentAI is perceived, build deep consumer trust, and drive communication that educates, inspires, and converts.
You will operate as a hands on builder and strategic thinker, someone who can craft a thought provoking tweet, write a brand film script, guide a photoshoot, or brief an agency on a national campaign with equal ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and build CentAI’s brand architecture, voice, and visual identity
- Own all content and communication across editorial, campaigns, web, email, social, and video
- Translate complex healthcare and AI concepts into simple, credible, and emotionally resonant storytelling
- Create and manage the content calendar across channels such as social media, website, PR, blogs, and thought leadership
- Build and manage a small internal creative team of writers, designers, and editors, along with external agencies or freelancers
- Conceptualize and execute brand and growth campaigns in collaboration with performance and sales teams
- Work closely with founders and leadership to shape the larger narrative of preventive health and technology in India
- Own end-to-end creative production from briefing to execution, ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints
- Develop thought leadership, PR narratives, and long-form content for credibility and influence
- Continuously measure the impact of brand and content efforts on awareness, engagement, and lead quality
Ideal Background
