We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy and operations for our chain of five baby shops and kids play areas in and around Erode and one in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will drive online presence, customer engagement, and sales through digital channels, while also overseeing billing software and stock verification processes across all locations.Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Brand Management Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness and drive footfall to all shops. Maintain and optimize the companys website and social media profiles. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. Manage online reputation, respond to customer reviews and inquiries, and ensure a positive digital presence. Hands on experience in Content creation, video editing and poster designs. Retail Operations Support Regularly monitor and ensure the proper functioning of billing software at all shop locations. Conduct periodic stock verification and coordinate with store managers to ensure inventory accuracy. Collaborate with shop teams to implement in-store promotions and drive digital-to-retail conversions. Travel & Coordination Travel up to 25% of the time to visit shop locations for audits, staff training, and campaign rollouts. Train and support shop staff on digital marketing initiatives, billing software, and stock management best practices.Requirements Minimum 23 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with retail or childrens products.
