Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive, with the opportunity to be based in Tiruppur while allowing some work from home. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and presenting tailored solutions based on client needs. The role also involves creating and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing regular market feedback and reports.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in identifying new business opportunities and presenting solutions
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Technical knowledge or experience in pumping and power transmission solutions is a plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in field sales roles is advantageous
