Human Resources Generalist

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. Key Responsibilities :

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.

Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance management.

Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and company culture.

Help in drafting HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate exit formalities and manage offboarding processes.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in HR functions (internships or full-time roles).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Location- Noida Sector-62

Working Days- 6days (5days WFO)
