Position Summary
Maintenance and Reliability Solution (MRS) function executes projects with SoW involving creation / enhancement / review of maintenance concepts, programs, and strategies as well as CMMS system implementation / upgrades for installations within O&G (Oil & Gas) and other industries.
This position is part of MRS function. The purpose of the position is to deliver routine MRS assignments under minimal to nil supervision and complex assignments under general supervision.

Duties And Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL
- Carry out development & implementation of specific maintenance concepts, programs, and strategies for Onshore and Offshore oil & gas installations
- Prepare and maintain asset hierarchies to ensure structured and efficient asset management.
- Perform criticality assessments and develop equipment strategies / maintenance plans for various systems and equipment, considering Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessments, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and OEM recommendations
- Contribute to studies and assignments involving Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) modeling
- Read, interpret, and analyze engineering documentation including Single Line Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Cause & Effect Charts, and other related technical drawings.
- Assist with effective input and management of data within CMMS as per client’s requirement
- Assist with spare parts evaluation / optimization
- Review work carried by entry level Engineers
- Assist the Line Manager to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) deliverables and overall management of the service
- Support the Line Manager in management of Oceaneering contract providing assurance on technical delivery and cost management

REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Engineering)Minimum 4 years of oil and gas / Petrochemical / Refinery field experienceDESIRED
Professional certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer) will be considered an added advantage.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
Minimum 4 years of broad work experience as a mechanical engineer in Oil & gas, refining, petrochemical industry or in a consulting role in a reputable organizationHands on experience in SAP PM, experience in SAP-S4-Hana would be an advantage.Hands on experience in GE-Meridium / other APM software is desirableProficient in data collection and analysis with common database and software data analysis tools such as SAP, Analytics for Excel, and TableauStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishFamiliarity with QA / QC systems / procedures and CMMS SystemsAbility to generate a team approach to problem solving and a good communicator, both written and verbalGood client or support contractor relationship skills at various levels of seniority or diverse cultures
