Principal of Engineering – AI Document Intelligence & Automation

What You’ll Lead

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role :

Engineering & Technical Leadership

• Own the technical roadmap for Cync’s AI Document Intelligence platform
• Drive execution across multiple engineering teams : → LOS AI ingestion, Servicing workflow automation, Vision AI, Integrations, Cloud Infra
• Architect modular, scalable pipelines for :

o Financial statements + tax returns

o Rent rolls + leases

o Appraisals + construction docs

o Borrowing base collateral files

o KYC / identity docs for deposits

Platform & Productization

o Document Layout → Sub-section segmentation

o Contextual parsing based on content type

o Automatic table + image → data conversion

o Natural language-based field extraction

o Retrieval pipelines powered by document metadata & embeddings
