Job Description :

• Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers through effective account management strategy and completing 100% client renewals.
• To be responsible for generating sales opportunity for SSL Certificate.
• To Research, Develop and present new sales opportunities for SSL Certificate.
• To achieve agreed levels of cold calling activity to increase volume / revenue streams for the SSL Certificate.
• To ensure that sales objectives, as agreed with your line manager are met.
• Follow-up with contacted clients on phone or by sending e-mail or other necessary e-collaterals as deemed necessary from time to time.
• Data base mining and lead generation
• Update CRM on regular basis
• Follow up from client for payments
• Co-ordinate with Account Manager / SE / Support team for status and background
• Follow up from client for payments
• Licensing
• Release of PO before expiry date
