We’re looking for a Tech Ops Group Lead to anchor and scale offshore delivery across reporting, data operations, and field alerting systems. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in structured, SLA-driven environments and brings a strong delivery mindset to complex, multi-stream operations.
🔧 What You’ll Own
- End-to-end delivery across Power BI reporting, Databricks pipelines, and field alert systems
- Governance of SLA adherence, quality control, and operational efficiency across workstreams
- Stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and delivery assurance
- Team leadership across data engineers, analysts, and ops specialists
- Continuous improvement through automation, documentation, and process standardization
