Senior Integration Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

Zoetis is seeking to hire a skilled CRM Integration Specialist, Customer Engagement to support and continuously improve our Customer Engagement platform.

The CRM Integration Specialist role will contribute his / her experience to the team during the design and delivery of features that involve integration. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this role will be responsible for the design, build, enhancements, and maintenance of integrations between Salesforce and other systems. This position will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity of key business data and will require hands-on integration experience and strong technical documentation experience. This role must be able to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions that meet business needs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Percent of Time

Prototype, build, document, and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Participate in development ceremonies (story design, estimation, prioritization, testing, development, etc). Accurately estimate work effort and set a realistic schedule for integration development 40%

Maintain, upgrade, and improve platforms used for Integration (Xplent, Mulesoft, Heroku, Postgres, etc). Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues. Perform or assist in the execution of functional testing 30%

Design and maintain integration documentation, including entity relationship diagrams, data maps, data dictionaries, sequence diagrams, integration patterns, design specifications. 20%

Maintain effective business relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report problems and delays. Perform knowledge transfer activities to relevant teams after integration changes 10%

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Junior Developers, Lead Developers, Product Owners, Business Partners, Architect, Ancillary System Integration Team Members

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience, with 8+ years preferred.
• Working knowledge of Postgres, SQL, ETL Tools & Processes, SFTP, Flat File Integrations, XML, and SOAP / REST APIs.
• Experience with Mulesoft, Integrate.io / XPlenty, Heroku, and OData preferred.
