Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Ludhiana. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day activities including engaging with customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating product features, managing sales transactions, and providing after-sales support. The role involves both direct sales and supporting sales operations to achieve the company's growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
• Product knowledge in agriculture equipment such as Sprayers, Pumps, Weeders, etc.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the agriculture sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is beneficial
