Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager located in Alappuzha. The Hotel Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling budgeting and financial planning, monitoring food and beverage services, and maintaining high reception and front desk standards. The role requires coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth functioning and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure an excellent guest experience and address any concerns effectively
- Proficiency in Budgeting and strong financial management skills
- Experience in Sales, including driving customer engagement and revenue growth
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations for managing and delivering high-quality dining services
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including front desk management, reservations, and check-in / check-out processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and solve problems efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
