About the Team :
The Ethics and Compliance team oversees compliance matters, promotes an organizational culture that encourages law abiding and ethical conduct. They are also responsible for increasing employee awareness of the company’s compliance and ethics programs and facilitate the development & operation of these programs. The program investigates all ethical concerns raised and takes appropriate action along with business, also provides opinions / clarifications to employees on the Code of Conduct and the POSH policies. Conducts appropriate awareness and training programs to report possible ethical issues.
About the Role :
The Investigator will be responsible for conducting investigations into alleged violations of the organization's code of ethics, policies, and procedures. They will work closely with other departments, including Ethics, Legal and HR, to ensure that all investigations are handled in a fair and objective manner and that appropriate actions are taken to address any identified misconduct. The Ethics Investigator will be responsible for ensuring that all investigations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and that all evidence is collected and preserved in a manner prescribed by the company.
