CS Trainees ("ICSI")

About the Role : Kickstart your Company Secretary (“CS”) journey with VJM Global! We’re looking for a CS-Trainee who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. If you’re someone who enjoys corporate laws, compliance, and governance, you’ll feel right at home with us!

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in ROC filings and compliances under the Companies Act & LLP Act
• Draft notices, agendas, minutes, and board resolutions
• Maintain statutory registers and company records
• Support in event-based and annual compliances
• Conduct research on corporate laws, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
• Liaise with internal teams and external consultants for secretarial matters
• Stay updated with corporate governance trends and best practices

Work Week : 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)
