Key Responsibilities :
- Source and manage relationships with MSMEs operating in the sustainability sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, and services
- Promote and achieve sales targets for loan products focused on Clean Energy, Clean Mobility, and Renewable sectors
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate financial solutions tailored to sustainability projects
- Conduct credit assessments, ensure proper documentation, and facilitate loan disbursements
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and post-disbursement monitoring
- Stay updated on market trends, government policies, and subsidies related to sustainability financing
