Oracle EPM Consultant Lead

We're seeking a strategic finance professional to lead Oracle EPM initiatives and drive business performance through data-driven insights.

This role involves partnering with finance leaders to design and optimize planning, budgeting, and forecasting strategies that deliver tangible outcomes.

Implement and transform Oracle EPM programs end-to-end.
Partner with CFOs and Finance Directors to design and optimize financial planning and performance management frameworks.
Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling excellence.
Translate complex business needs into impactful Oracle EPM solutions aligned with corporate goals.
Provide leadership during implementation, go-live, and change management phases.

Requirements :

Total 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM or equivalent.

5+ years of strong financial domain expertise in FP&A, closing, and reconciliation cycles.

Proven experience advising senior finance stakeholders and leading business process workshops.

Excellent stakeholder communication, executive presentation, and documentation skills.

Desired Profile :

Total 6+ years of relevant functional experience in Oracle EPM / PBCS / EPBCS.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

Ability to operate independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
