Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Bartender located in North Goa. The Lead Bartender will be responsible for crafting cocktails, managing bar operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, handling cash transactions, and overseeing beverage inventory. Additional responsibilities include supervising bar staff and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Bartending and Food & Beverage skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Cash Handling
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Relevant certifications in bartending or hospitality management are a plus
