Salary : up to 60,000 per month (depends on experience)
The Store Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for customers. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewelry, explaining product features, and maintaining the store’s visual and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing jewelry based on their preferences, budget, and occasion.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewelry.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Display
Stay updated on the latest jewelry trends, collections, and pricing.
Ensure products are displayed attractively and securely in showcases.
Maintain stock accuracy by assisting in daily inventory checks and stock management.
Billing & Documentation
Handle billing, receipts, and payment processes accurately.
Ensure compliance with all store policies and security procedures.
Assist in maintaining sales reports and customer databases.
Store Upkeep & Teamwork
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and showcases.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Participate in promotional events, festivals, and exhibitions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience : 1+ years of experience in retail jewelry sales .
Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Fluency in English and local language.
