Directly manage a team of account managers
Creating yearly forecasts and ensuring you and your team’s OKR all level up to a common quantifiable objective will be a crucial part of your job
Ensure revenue target realization
Responsible for key client interaction
Coach, mentor, provide feedback & improve the skill set & productivity of the team
You will be the final line of defense on your businesses
Develop and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders across the business to understand and deliver on new business opportunities
Detailed knowledge of the clients contracts and obligations (SOW), understanding the
contractual risks and opportunities, and using them to your advantage
Attitude : Client-focused, strategy driven, results-driven, and a team player.
Prior experience with a digital marketing agency is a must.
