Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Head – Corporate Events & Sponsorships to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact B2B events and sponsorship initiatives.

This role is pivotal in elevating Flipspaces’ brand presence, driving thought leadership visibility, and strengthening relationships with CXOs, founders, and key industry stakeholders.

Success in this role will be defined by your ability to :

Strategically position Flipspaces as a recognized leader in the design-tech space through high-quality industry engagement.

Deliver measurable ROI through impactful event participation and sponsorship opportunities.

Foster long-term partnerships with event organizers, associations, and leadership networks.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute an annual event and sponsorship calendar aligned with business goals.

Conceptualize and host Flipspaces-branded events, including CXO roundtables, leadership forums, and client engagement sessions.

Sponsorships & Partnerships

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate sponsorship opportunities for maximum visibility and ROI.

Build and sustain partnerships with event organizers, industry bodies, and corporate communities.

Leadership Engagement

Collaborate with Founders and Senior Leadership to identify strategic speaking and networking opportunities.

Manage end-to-end coordination, including content, briefing materials, and on-ground execution.

Event Execution & Performance

Oversee event logistics, vendor relationships, and creative direction to ensure seamless delivery.

Manage budgets and conduct post-event analysis to measure outcomes and inform future strategies.

Brand & Communication Alignment

Work with PR, Digital, and Content teams to amplify brand presence before, during, and after events.

Ensure all initiatives consistently reflect Flipspaces’ values and market positioning.

Qualifications & Skills

8–12 years of experience in corporate events, sponsorships, or brand partnerships, ideally within B2B, design, technology, or real estate sectors.

Proven success in managing CXO-level events and strategic sponsorship programs.

Strong expertise in project management, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and vendor management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and presentation quality.

Existing industry networks or association relationships are a strong plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
