Role : AD Capability Development

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience : 10+ years

⏳ Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or up to 30 days

Must Have :

10 to 14 years of overall experience

10+ years in Quality within the BPO / BPM industry

Experience working with Six Sigma, Lean, and Process Transformation

Exposure to AI, RPA, and automation-led quality transformation

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills

Telecom / CMT domain experience

Mandatory : Candidate must be currently working in the International Telecom / CMT domain.
