Join us as an Engineering Manager in Bengaluru, where you’ll lead talented Software Engineers building products that scale. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong people management skills and experience in high-growth, product-led environments.

Requirements

You will coordinate delivery with other teams including foundations, security, and data.

You will also help your team members develop their professional skills through the application of growth frameworks, performance reviews, one on ones, and mentorship.

What you'll do

• Inspire and lead a high-performing team of 8–10 engineers through day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Shape the future by co-defining the technical vision and strategy for your domain, and guiding the team through architectural and engineering decisions.
• Own delivery excellence by driving execution and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Build for scale by ensuring the platform is secure, resilient, and scalable—supporting millions of users globally.
• Design for the future by leading the development of robust, cloud-agnostic, distributed systems that are built to last.
• Accelerate innovation by driving the integration of AI / ML capabilities across demand forecasting, recommendation engines, and real-time decisioning.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping current with emerging technologies and bringing fresh thinking to the team.
