WMS(Warehouse Management)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS 12.2.13 Functional SME with expertise in Warehouse Management System (WMS) for a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment . The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle EBS WMS, warehouse operations, and logistics processes to support system enhancements and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide functional expertise on Oracle EBS 12.2.13 WMS for a 3PL implementation .
• Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and process optimization for warehouse operations.
• Configure and support WMS functionalities, including inventory management, receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and returns processing .
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and 3PL partners to ensure alignment with operational needs.
• Support testing efforts ( Unit, SIT, UAT ) by defining test cases, validating processes, and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integrations with OM (Order Management), Inventory, Shipping, and 3PL systems .
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize WMS workflows to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, governance standards, and documentation for Oracle EBS solutions
