▷ [Immediate Start] Hydraulic Engineer

Position : Manager- Hydraulic Application Engineering.

Location : Bhiwadi. Rajasthan

Experience : Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience of working in a reputed engineering

Manufacturing organisation.

Job Summary :

1. Candidate should have experience in design of mobile hydraulics including troubleshooting

Related to mobile equipment like cranes, forklifts, construction equipment, material handling

Equipment etc.

2. Our equipment is using some of the latest and most sophisticated mobile electro-hydraulic

Systems available in the international market and the candidate should have working

Experience of handling these sophisticated Electro-Hydraulic systems.

3. Candidate should also have exposure in R&D for development of new products in above

areas of application and should be capable of leading a team people working in the hydraulic

application functions : -

o Calculations for Mobile hydraulic system design.

o Creating hydraulic schematics for the given applications

o Selection of hydraulic components like Pumps, Control valves, Cylinders, Filters, and

other accessories .

o Selection of hydraulic hoses, adaptors & hose end connectors and creating hydraulic

hose routings as per the schematic

o Guiding stake holders in the assembly of hydraulic components and for hose routings during

the prototype build & solving the vehicle assembly issues in proto build.

4. Hydraulic components modelling (2D to 3D), Hydraulic power unit layout creation and

manifold design for the given Hydraulic circuits of various end applications using relevant software’s.

5. Mathematical analysis of problems Co-coordinating with vendors for new

developments Design, build and test of prototype equipment Debugging new systems and trouble

shootings Administer control of design department.

6. Support internal and external customers on technical queries Maintain design files & related

Documentation.
