We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to lead Corporate Affairs and CSR initiatives for a leading manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing plant or factory operations, government liaison, stakeholder engagement, and CSR program implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive corporate reputation and government relations, ensuring regulatory compliance for smooth plant operations.
• Lead CSR strategy and execution aligned with business and community goals.
• Build partnerships with government bodies and local authorities.
• Manage crisis communication and policy advocacy.
• Oversee CSR reporting and impact measurement (BRSR, GRI).
