Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM systems and both inbound and outbound customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls and log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer queries promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Make outbound calls to customers as required for follow-ups or service updates.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update case statuses in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
