SAP Scrum Master / Project Manager

Location : Kolkata and Ahmedabad

Experience : 10 years to 17years

Interview Mode : Online Drive

Interview Date : 15th Nov 2025 (Saturday)

Interview Time : 10 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM

Must Have :

10+ years of experience in Scrum / project management, with at least 5 years in SAP programs.

SAP Project Expertise

  • Strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA modules (FI-CO, MM, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur).
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and ASAP framework.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration points and data migration processes.

Agile Tools & Practices

  • Jira, Azure Boards or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and velocity tracking.
  • Leading Scrum teams and reporting of scrum metrics and optimising flow and predictability etc.
  • Scrum Master Certification.

    • Project Management Tools

  • MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent.
  • Budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.

    • Leadership : Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex SAP programs.

    Communication : Clear articulation of project status and technical concepts to stakeholders.

    Collaboration : Work effectively with business, IT, and vendor teams.

    Problem-Solving : Resolve impediments and manage risks proactively.

    Adaptability : Balance Agile principles with SAP project realities.

    Time Management : Handle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines

    Good to have :

  • Project Management certification

    • 15 years of Full time Education
